Terms of Service

These terms govern access to NullTrace, the privacy middleware for applications that use LLMs. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

NullTrace is operated by Giorgio Minerba, an individual established at Via San Giovanni Bosco 51, 56127 Pisa, Italy. Contact: minerbagiorgio99@gmail.com.

Using the service

Paid plans are currently offered for business or professional use. At checkout, the purchaser must confirm that they are acting for a business or in a professional capacity. Consumer purchases are not currently offered. You are responsible for your account, API keys, account token, request content, provider credentials, and compliance with applicable laws. Keep credentials confidential, use the service only with data you are authorized to submit, and notify us promptly about suspected unauthorized use. You must not use NullTrace to violate another person's rights, interfere with the service, or circumvent quotas and security controls.

What NullTrace provides

NullTrace provides technical safeguards for data minimization and security by detecting and anonymizing configured classes of personal data and secrets and identifying prompt injection signals. Detection is not guaranteed to be complete. NullTrace is not legal advice, a certification, or a guarantee that your application complies with GDPR or other laws. You remain responsible for reviewing the service configuration and validating your application's security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

NullTrace does not provide an LLM, model output, or provider credentials. Chat requests use the upstream provider configured for your account and may be subject to that provider's terms and limits.

Plans, payment, and suspension

The Free plan includes up to 1,000 requests per monthly billing period. Pro includes 100,000 requests per month at €99 per month, and Enterprise includes 1,000,000 requests per month at €499 per month, unless the checkout presents a different written offer. The displayed plan prices are intended as final prices including applicable VAT. The Stripe Checkout total is shown before payment confirmation. A request rejected because the monthly quota is exhausted is not carried over and no overage charge is created by NullTrace. Quotas reset with the account's billing period.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically for successive monthly periods until cancelled. Stripe processes payment using the selected payment method. We do not receive or store full card details.

We may limit or suspend runtime access for a subscription Stripe reports as unpaid or cancelled, for abuse, security risk, or material breach. During Stripe's `past_due` retry period, runtime access may remain available under the account's current billing policy. Billing management and payment recovery are available through the Customer Portal when a Stripe Customer is associated with the account.

You may cancel through the Customer Portal or by contacting minerbagiorgio99@gmail.com. Unless the checkout or applicable law says otherwise, cancellation prevents renewal at the end of the current paid period; it does not automatically refund charges already made.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis without a service-level guarantee unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Detection is heuristic and can miss sensitive data or flag benign text; you must validate the service for your use case. To the extent permitted by law, NullTrace is not responsible for outages or changes in third-party providers, model behavior, or content sent to or returned by those providers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
